Fred is thrilled to be out of the shelter! He is approximately 3 years old and full of energy. Fred loves everyone he meets and gets along with other dogs. He is so eager to play, that he can be a little rough at times, but he is quickly learning his play manners. His foster family is diligent about reminding him to be patient and wait his turn for his toys. Fred rides well in a car and seems to like children. He knows “sit”, “shake”, and “down” and his foster family is working on “stay”. He has pretty good leash manners, but will need continued guidance. Fred is house trained and crate trained. He is neutered and UTD. Fred will be adopted as an indoor family member only. Apply to adopt Fred!
Lily is our darling little surrogate mommy to KGDR’s litter of 7. Their mama was not so happy with having 7 babies crawling all over her, so Lily stepped up and saved their lives. We would like to return the favor to her now. She is a homeless girl being fostered by some lovely women in a correctional facility. She is a lab mix weighing about 60 pounds. She has no dane breeding at all, but we adore her! She is loving and playful and has such a good temperament. She will be spayed and UTD at the same time the puppies are ready to go to their homes. Please apply to give her the home she so deserves!
Cyrus is a big lover. He will follow you everywhere. He just wants to be wherever his person is. He is great with my other Dane and a complete gentleman on a walk, he didn’t pull once! He let the vet check his eyes, got his nails clipped, and even endured a good bath, without any issues. Cyrus is at least 10 pounds over weight, but it’s nothing that some regular exercise couldn’t fix. Not cat tested. He came from a home with 8 kids and was good with them. He is 4 years old, neutered and UTD on vaccinations and preventatives.
Sasha is a 3 yr old brindle/merle Great Dane mix. She is likely part greyhound so for her happiness she needs daily exercise. A large safe place to run and play (preferably a fenced in yard) would be ideal. She is a petite 95lb girl who has a very bright and playful personality, yet loves to cuddle and will also settle down with a chew toy. She is good with children, but would be best suited for older kids because in her playfulness she may accidentally knock down little ones. She currently lives with 4 other dogs and one very dog savvy cat at her foster mom’s house. Sasha is a good girl, very intelligent and affectionate. She can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly and wants to be near you as much as possible. Sometimes in her happiness she may get a little too exuberant during indoor play, but she corrects easily with simple verbal corrections. She seems to really match her behavior to the energy of her household environment, so please keep in mind that she will be much more energetic/bouncy/playful in a high energy home with lots going on! Sasha is crate trained and housebroken and looking for her happily ever after!
Sasha is spayed and UTD on vaccs.
