These beauties are all waiting on their forever homes! They live as indoor pets in foster homes until their adoption day.
Duke is about 8 years old with beautiful cropped ears. He’s fairly chill but likes to play and go for walks. He’s good with other animals and people of all ages and does really well in social situations. He’s good with cats too.
At 8 he needs to be let out every 4 hours or so. A Stay at Home Mom with kids looking for a buddy would be an awesome fit with him. He doesn’t need rowdy kids, but if a young girl wanted to put hats and boas on him, he would love it!
Meet Darcy. She’s 2 years old and a huge love bug. She’s a smart girl! Her favorite thing to do seems to be sleeping upside down on the couch 😉 She gets along well with some dogs but not all, and seemes to prefer the boy dogs over the lady dogs she meets. She adores her Dane foster brother and they play rough together every chance they get. She loves when the neighborhood kids pet her on our walks. She’s a happy girl and even asks permission to give hugs! Darcy is protective of her house and wary of strangers so a home with a lot of people who come in and out would not be a good fit for her. She has not been tested with small dogs or cats yet. Apply for Darcy HERE
Hello World! My name is Theo and I am 2 yrs old. I am partially deaf but my vision is fine. Most people dont realize that owning a deaf dog is almost exactly like owning a dog with perfect hearing. Seriously the only real difference is you can’t call out my name to get my attention, you have to walk over and tap me on the shoulder instead. My foster mama forgets that Im deaf all the time because I compensate so well by being so tuned in to her all day long. I am very loving and cuddly with my family but I am wary of strangers. I’m looking for owners who will understand and accept my special needs in this area and can really be my advocate in new situations with new people. Confident folks with large breed experience who are willing to help me further my training after adoption is the ideal situation – I am super smart and I like to ‘work’. Im looking for a rather quiet home with no other dogs or kids or lots of visitors coming and going frequently. I do well with the cat in my foster home, I chased her at first but now I leave her alone- she’s MEAN! I love to play fetch and do zoomies so a safely fenced yard would be a dream come true. I love walks, sleeping in bed with you, playing with my toys and following you around the house to keep you company. I crate well when you are gone and will greet you with a “Whoooo Whoooo” when you come home instead of a bark which they tell me is really funny and cute. Are we meant to be together forever?
